Full Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to influence the direction and success of a promising enterprise., · To cultivate relationships with engineers, technical officers, and senior management across NVC's target sectors, focusing on both customer engagement and strategic partnerships.

· To identify and connect with potential partners and customers using diverse channels such as web research, conference papers, LinkedIn, industry conferences, and trade associations.

· To create and refine sales materials, including presentations, brochures, and white papers, ensuring they meet the highest standards to effectively communicate NVC's value proposition.

· To strategize and implement a comprehensive business development plan that aligns with NVC's growth objectives.

· To foster internal collaborations with the engineering and management teams to align business development strategies with technical capabilities.

· To represent NVC at conferences and trade shows, proactively networking to expand business opportunities.

· To draft tailored proposals and white papers aimed at advancing prospects and converting them into actionable projects.

· To organize and lead meetings, ensuring clear agendas and documenting outcomes to track progress and follow-ups.

· To maintain diligent follow-up on commitments and actions to ensure timely progress and to uphold NVC's reputation for responsiveness.

· To work collaboratively within the team, contributing to the joint effort of expanding NVC's business footprint.

· To regularly provide insightful market feedback to the management team, offering strategic recommendations based on observed trends and market demands.

· To oversee the transition of prospects into projects, managing all aspects to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

· To consistently present a professional and informed image of NVC to external parties, enhancing the brand's recognition and trust within the industry.

· Bachelor's or Master's Degree in an Engineering discipline with preference for a demonstratable experience of the RF mobile sector, otherwise candidates with Business Studies or Marketing will be considered.

· You will ideally have an engineering background or business studies/marketing

· A good communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.

· Some industry experience preferable or success in other work environments.

· Ability to follow precise procedures.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Self-motivated and directed.

· Confidence to interact across all levels of organisations.

· Excellent understanding of engineering process and relevant technologies.

Novocomms Limited (NVC) was founded to deliver innovative new technology coming from British academia in the field of antenna design. The team have designed, developed and patented a pioneering antenna technology. The market for this highly scalable technology is the global digital wireless appliance market. NVC's remarkable innovation has led to the creation of a significant number of patent applications, both filed and in process.

Compensation: Salary package will be based on candidates experience but will be a very generous combination of base salary, bonus/commission and stock options (up to £120k per annum as package depends on experience).
