Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue targets., Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements with clients.

Proven track record in business development or sales within the Security industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
