Business Development Manager

· Source and explore new business opportunities in the commercial by active lead generation

· Create a detailed pipeline of opportunities to reflect and support targets

· Weekly meetings with Sales Manager and Company Directors

· Work closing with the Sales Department and the Sales Manager

· Working to set targets

· Generate and provide reports to the sales manager and other relevant individuals

· Work with and alongside other departments to maximise sales opportunities and quality of customer service

· At least 2 years' experience in a direct sales role

· A drive to succeed and earn big

· Must have a valid UK Driving License

· Experience having sold IT or Telecoms services is advantageous

· Proven ability to hit and exceed targets

· Excellent presentational and negotiation skills

· A fun and vibrant induvial, who is keen to come into a fast-paced Sales Team with the eagerness to learn and develop their skills

· Ability to travel where and as required

· Strong business acumen

· Fantastic use of Office 365

· CRM Experience is advantageous
