Business Development Executive: Treetop Design & Print

The Business Development Executive role is an exciting opportunity for the right person to help elevate the business and generate growth. You will be a key member of the Sales and Marketing team, reporting the Sales / Operations Director. This is a key lead generation and business development role that will build on recent growth and business diversification.

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in the acquisition of new business and will be responsible for researching potential leads, updating sales records, maximizing the potential from each call and securing appointments.

We are looking for someone friendly and approachable who has a positive can-do attitude, someone who is capable of working alone and as part of the Sales and Marketing Team. You will need to be flexible and motivated to deliver results. You will be confident and able to work with minimal supervision delivering the outcomes agreed with the Sales and Marketing Team and/or Company Director.

Ideally, you will have experience in searching, sourcing and nurturing new leads, and confident to create new business development opportunities while maximising the potential of existing opportunities. It is desirable if you have experience of working in a similar business environment and are familiar with sales processes.

You will have excellent customer service skills and be able to build positive relationships with prospective clients quickly; you will also continue to grow existing relationships with current clients, looking for opportunities to maximise our potential, diversify and expand our sales offering. You will be able to speak knowledgeably to marketing directors and business owners about our services. On a day to day basis you will use a CRM system to record the progress of leads so computer literacy is essential.
