Full Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across various sectors, including but not limited to utilities and civil engineering.

  • Increase revenue by nurturing relationships with existing customers and securing new clients.

  • Conduct regular visits to clients and potential clients to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.

    A minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales

  • A background in technical sales is highly advantageous.

  • A proven track record in sales or business development roles, evidenced by meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively conveying value propositions.

  • Strong relationship-building skills, able to quickly build rapport and establish trust with a wide range of clients.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as an integral part of a team.

  • Full driven license, Goal-oriented and proactive, driven to consistently achieve outstanding results.

  • Customer-focused, committed to surpassing expectations at every opportunity.
