As a Business Development Assistant, you'll be a key part of our team based in Malvern,Worcestershire, providing vital support to enhance our brand and grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Admin Support: Help with scheduling, managing calendars, and organising documents for the team.

  • Client Communication: Assist in maintaining good relationships with clients by

  • responding to inquiries and coordinating communication.
  • Sales Assistance: Support the sales team in finding leads and managing pipelines to boost business growth.

  • Invoicing and Billing Support: Assist in preparing invoices and tracking payments to

  • ensure accurate billing.
  • Marketing Assistance: Help with marketing campaigns, including social media, email outreach and event logistics.

  • Data Management: Keep records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights for decision-making.
