This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, target oriented Business Development/ Account Manager to join a highly successful national Managed Print Services (MPS) & Digital Technology company, generating business from existing and new accounts.

Working with a rapidly growing company that represents major brands including Ricoh, Sharp, Epson, HP, and Develop, you will receive support from the company to facilitate your business development and career success, including coaching and marketing.As well as paying high levels of commission, XBM rewards hard work through rewards and internal promotions.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing existing accounts

  • Regular existing account reviews

  • Developing opportunities to upsell and cross sell to existing accounts

  • Developing new business opportunities with your given territory

  • Identification of prospective clients

  • Identification of best method of approach

  • Engaging prospects with a view to outlining the company offering

  • Arousing prospects interest in the offering

  • Seeking to develop your relationship with new clients as their account manager

  • Achieving sales success through monthly targets as allocated by management

  • Maintain and update all activity on the company CRM

  • Maintain communication with your line manager on your progress at all times

    Or minimum 4 years successful sales and account management experience, Proven MPS account management success

  • Or minimum 4 years successful sales experience

  • Determination to succeed

  • Enthusiasm and self-motivation

  • Highly developed people skills

  • Engaging and effective phone manner

  • Ability to access and build relationships with senior level contacts and prospects

  • Excellent Negotiation Skills

  • Target driven, with a strong focus on developing accounts and new customers

  • Hard working, high levels of activity

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • The ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workload

  • A full driving licence

  • An existing UK resident who is eligible to work in the UK
