Business Change Officer

· Analyse data and produce insightful reports on the performance of teams and processes across the business against business targets, strategies and objectives.

· Delivery of improvement activities across the business.

· Analyse and implement standard operating/best working practices across the teams.

· Contribute to regular reviews of processes, identification of waste, pain points and inefficiencies.

· Recommend process enhancements, including the development of new workflows, automation solutions, and best practices.

· Build a rigorous process and quality assurance framework to ensure that all process remain fit for purpose, and are being followed.

· Change management skills with experience in change management techniques.

· Excellent knowledge of business analysis disciplines, including the ability to map processes across systems and teams for all parts of the business.

· Proven experience mapping process to a deep level as-is and then making recommendations for improvements.

· Hands on experience in the implementation of process improvements.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

· High level of proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, particularly in Visio and other MS Office suite tools, especially Excel.

· Experience with process automation tools and/or workflow management software is desired but not essential.

· Knowledge and experience of Lean/Six Sigma

· Knowledge and experience of Agile ways of working is desired but not essential.

· Ability to adapt to changing priorities while still delivering results.

· Organised, adept at workload management and prioritising appropriately to meet deadlines.
