What you'll do:

• Partner with department heads to define, implement, and refine KPIs and reports.


• Conduct detailed analyses of business operations to identify improvement opportunities.


• Maintain and update reporting systems and dashboards.


• Document and improve business processes in line with strategic objectives.


• Support operational teams with training and process improvements.


• Oversee the implementation and management of Food Management Systems.


• Coordinate data integration efforts with the digital team.

• In-depth knowledge of Food Management Systems and their operational impact.


• Experience using data analysis to enhance business performance.


• Knowledgeable in product and menu development within the food sector.
