Full Job Description
1) One Friday and One Saturday off per month. Can be taken as whole weekend
2) Manager to set their own rota.
3) Bonus structure with on target earnings of £25000.
Role and Responsibilities
1) Management of staff
2) Management of rotas
3) Management of holiday cover
4) Management of sick cover
5) Taking stock deliveries when required. This can be between 8am and 8pm
6) Ensure the venue is maintained to highest standards
7) Report all stock requirements to Head Office
8) Ensure all drinks are maintained to highest standard
9) Ensure till balances at end of the day
10) Ensure all monies are stored in the safe
