We can offer a range shifts, covering:

Days , Nights and Weekends

10 - 12 hour shifts

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses to care for adults, children, and young people who have long-term or life-limiting conditions, providing exceptional, individualised care to our service users in the comfort of their own homes.

It is essential that you drive, have access to a vehicle and are flexible to cover planned holiday leave, as well as short notice cover.

You must hold a valid NMC registration, have previous experience of supporting children, adults, or both, and have experience in the following clinical tasks;

Airway Management, including Tracheostomy Care and Suctioning.

Ventilation Management.

Enteral Feeding

It would also be beneficial if you have an awareness or knowledge of spinal injury care, acquired brain injury care and degenerative and/or neurological conditions., You will be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to our service users, building positive relationships with them and their families, whilst empowering them to live as independently as possible within the comfort of their own home.
