Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team covering South Wales. As an Area Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base in the region.,

• Identify and pursue new business prospects in the South Wales area, including businesses, institutions, and organizations of all sizes.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and personalized sales efforts.


• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform sales strategies.


• Develop and implement effective sales plans and tactics to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer experiences.


• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
  
  Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the cleaning supplies or related industry.


• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the South Wales region.
