Full Job Description

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

- Cold calling potential new customers and selling the company's products.

- Researching the target market and finding potential businesses to target.

- Attending meetings with potential customers and closing sales.

- Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales.

- Working to monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the sales manager.

- Progressing towards activity targets and KPI's set by the sales manager.

- Entering all required data for sales onto the company system.

- Updating the CRM system regularly with daily activity records.

- Following up with past customers and cross selling products.

- Providing assistance to other members of the sales team.

- Following up on leads generated by other departments.

- Investigating and resolving queries from customers.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- You'll cover your own territory, tending to the needs of your customers daily.

Requirements:

Our perfect candidate would preferably have the following skills and abilities :

- Ability to work 37.5 Hours a week minimum.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Friday: Half day (Morning till Noon)
Online work may be required outside of these hours
Occasional Weekend Work

A clean driving license

- Previous experience of sales

- Basic understanding of computers and their inner workings

- Urdu, Italian, Turkish, Farsi, Kurdish and Arabic bilinguals are highly considered due to the background of majority of our hard working clients

- A desire to learn and expand their knowledge

- Team players but can self manage and plan alone when needed

- Hard workers, ability to stay overtime when tasks demand

- Keeping company assets in clean working order

Mealzo is Scotland's largest hospitality services provider.

We supply and maintain EPOS (electronic point of sale) systems, order pads, self ordering kiosks and other related technologies to help our partners in the hospitality industry to accurately manage and boost their profitability by using our state of art systems.

We also provide them with their very own branded website and mobile apps, alongside our food portal, for customers to use to place orders. With our 0% commission policy, our partners keep all their orders profit, while paying us for our services.

Our clients range from international franchises (such as Five Guys) down to your local takeaway round the corner.

Due to our continued growth in Scotland's central belt and beyond, we require additional representatives to keep up with our ever growing business. You will be responsible within your area/city of several different aspects, from seeing potential customers to representing our company in person.
