Full Job Description

  • Confirming shipments with the Business Department and invoicing accordingly to ensure that the invoices are correct.

  • Checking and confirming each customer's payment back and do a good job of customer payment back to the audit and confirmation work.

  • Issuance of unrecognised revenue of the goods in a timely manner to follow up.

  • Closing co-operation with the Business Department, to assess the creditworthiness of the company's customers.

  • Daily reconciliations of accounts receivable, and timely reconciliations File the information timely.

  • Accounts receivable amount is large. Focus on tracking accounts receivable of large amount, longer age of the customer, timely reconciliation with the customer, identify the reasons and report to the department head.

    Degree in Finance and Accounting

  • SAP FA module experience

  • A certain knowledge of accounting regulations and related subjects

  • Methodical, concise, and accurate, with strong attention to detail.
