Full Job Description

  • Assist in the setup and operation of CNC machinery to produce timber door components according to specifications.

  • Learn to interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate machining processes.

  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

  • Collaborate with senior operators and supervisors to troubleshoot issues and optimise production efficiency.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills in CNC operation and woodworking techniques.

  • Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow.

    Intermediate Level 2 Apprenticeship in Furniture Occupations, including NVQ and functional skills maths and english. Work based learning., GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 9-4) Desired
