Full Job Description
This role will include making outbound sales calls B2B to prospective customers to generate leads and appointments for our field sales team.,
- High Volume B2B Calls (Approx. 150+ Per Day)
- Identify Key Decision Makers
- Securing Sales Appointments
- Manage Appointment Diaries
- General office duties
- Data sourcing & Inputting
Proven ability to make B2C cold calls - meeting their daily targets for successful calls - Proven ability to execute in a professional manner the handling and overturning of objections
- Strong telephone communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and targets
- Positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to work
- Previous experience in lead generation or telesales in a b2c role is essential
- Lead Generation/Telesales: 2 years (Required), Telesales - Appointment setting: 2 years (required)
- B2B sales: 2 years (required)
