Full Job Description

This role will include making outbound sales calls B2B to prospective customers to generate leads and appointments for our field sales team.,

  • High Volume B2B Calls (Approx. 150+ Per Day)

  • Identify Key Decision Makers

  • Securing Sales Appointments

  • Manage Appointment Diaries

  • General office duties

  • Data sourcing & Inputting

    Proven ability to make B2C cold calls - meeting their daily targets for successful calls

  • Proven ability to execute in a professional manner the handling and overturning of objections

  • Strong telephone communication skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure and targets

  • Positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to work

  • Previous experience in lead generation or telesales in a b2c role is essential


  • Experience:
  • Lead Generation/Telesales: 2 years (Required), Telesales - Appointment setting: 2 years (required)

  • B2B sales: 2 years (required)
