As a 3rd Line Support Engineer your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical and operation guidance to engineers, acting as a mentor/role model

  • Configuring and troubleshooting switches, firewalls and routers including Cisco

  • Advanced troubleshooting of Windows Servers and endpoints, including Windows 10/11

  • Microsoft 365 administration, including Intune, MDM & Conditional Access

  • Working with Hyper-V and advanced TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, and VPN troubleshooting

  • Building strong relationships with customers

    Do you have experience as a 3rd Line Support Engineer with exceptional customer service skills?, A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a 3rd Line Support Engineer position

  • Prior experience of working for a Managed Service Provider is preferred

  • A UK Driver's Licence with access to own vehicle

  • Experience in networking and infrastructure management, including WAN/LAN & VLANs

  • Proficient in Windows Server management, virtualization technologies & Microsoft 365

  • Operate with urgency, be reactive, and proactive and can think outside the box

    In return, the successful 3rd Line Support Engineer will receive a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus excellent company benefits and perks including:
