  • Your responsibilities will include supporting customers via phone and email; varied administrative tasks; troubleshooting technical issues.

  • This First Line Customer Support role will suit those candidates who are passionate about customer service and who are excited about the idea of working in a start-up Tech environment.

  • As a smaller business, there may also be other ad-hoc tasks assigned within the job such as making hardware deliveries in the local area.

    The ideal candidate will have some sort of Customer Support experience and have a good understanding or interest in basic technology.

  • Full time, permanent position. 28 days holiday.

  • 40 hours per week - 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

  • Potential paid overtime could be available if desired.
